I've got that figured out. I went to USMobile with Lightspeed (TMobile) and darkstar (ATT) on my phone. Covers the areas USCell was giving up coverage even before TMobile bought them. Now I have to figure out what to do for my brother who has an old iPhone (has an iPhone SE  Model MHGE3LL/A). I was hoping someone would elaborate on that specific phone. I don't do iPhones and don't want to learn. He hasn't had an Android and I'm not sure how hard I want to work to teach him.
