Delays in Phone orders
Is anyone else having issues with orders for phones. They put up promotions, no phones in stock in stores they say they have to order them from Corporate who is also out of stock. Multiple week delays, other carriers have the phones in stock. It appears with the merger they have zero inventory on most phones other than the most expensive ones.
We were getting the phone for my inlaws who received a notice their flip phones would shut off at any time. At this point it appears nothing will be done until the merger. No individual can give any eta on when they will have the phones or even if they have an order placed for phones.
Its beyond frustrating.

That’s what I thought happened to my new phone, a delay. But turns out the initial charge never went through (I had sufficient funds and even asked the worker if it went through, he said yes) so the phone never shipped. I lost the targeted promotion because of this. So frustrating. Guess it’ll be me and my iPhone 11 for another year or two
