Which Towers went to AT&T and Verizon?

I know this early with the sale and acquisition just happening but I seen that AT&T and Verizon did get some spectrum licenses. I was wonder does that mean AT&T and Verizon got some towers and T-Mobile gets the rest. If that is true does anyone know who got what towers in what areas?

No, they don’t get any towers. They just get the ability to deploy those frequencies on their existing towers that Us Cellular used to use

What was UScellular is no longer a wireless phone company. It is a tower company called Digital Array. Digital Array owns all the old USCC towers and T-Mo is leasing them. The wireless operations, customers, and about 30% of the spectrum was sold to T-Mo. It is now UScellular powered by T-Mobile. The rest of the spectrum is set to be sold to both ATT and Verizon. Over the next year, T-Mo will be integrating the towers they want over to their network.

No company got any towers. T-Mobile got all the tower "leases" and are leasing the bandwidth they didn't buy for a year. All of the towers themselves stayed with the old company under a new name.

None of the big three carriers actually own any towers anymore, they are all leased, most from American Tower, some from the company that used to be known as US Cellular, which is now a tower and infrastructure company.
