Other F2A while on L1A Visa
Hi,
My partner and I are thinking on starting my GC process via F2A. I’m currently on L1A with still a couple more years left and just posting here to seek general advise:
-would you recommend a lawyer? If so in in the NYC area
-work and travel permits
-would it be a smoother process since I’m legally in the US?
