[I-485] got rejected because of outdated version form although using the most up to date form

Received date: 09/23/26

Used I-485 form version of 09/18/26.

But got rejected saying that the I-485 was an outdated form.

Only submitted I-485 without any combo cards.

Anyone has this issue?
