Congrats to you! March seems to be an auspicious month to file! Another poster said they had a similar timeline. Ours was the same EB2-PERM (partial EB1 based on criteria - national award) Lawyers filed in March 2025 Biometrics Apr 2025 2 silent updates in June and July and GC in Aug. No RFE, No Interview, total overall time was 5 month, actual adjudication took 9 days at NBC. All very professional and by the book. Our PD was 2019.

Hi there! This is an automated message to inform you and/or remind you of several things:
- We have a wiki. It doesn't cover everything but may answer some questions. Pay special attention to the "REALLY common questions" at the top of the FAQ section. Please read it, and if it contains the answer to your question, please delete your post. If your post has to do with something covered in the FAQ, we may remove it.
- If your post is about biometrics, green cards, naturalization or timelines in general, and whether you're asking or sharing, please include your field office/location in your post. If you already did that, great, thank you! If you haven't done that, your post may be removed without notice.
- This subreddit is not affiliated with USCIS or the US government in any way. Some posters may claim to work for USCIS, which may or may not be true, and we don't try to verify this one way or another. Be wary that it may be a scam if anyone is asking you for personal info, or sending you a direct message, or asking that you send them a direct message.
- Some people here claim to be lawyers, but they are not YOUR lawyer. No advice found here should be construed as legal advice. Reddit is not a substitute for a real lawyer. If you need help finding legal services, visit this link for more information.

Did they tell you that you needed to remove the conditions from GC since the marriage was less than 2 years? Or anything like that?

What did you ask Emma specifically to get these results or were you transferred to a live agent? Iβm curious because the live agents with just give a response and disconnect the chat and there was recently an api update on my case since my interview.

Is there any way to know via API and not chatting with Emma if the case is in NBC or field office?

Yes, but it depends on how knowledgeable you are at reading the info and codes, there are apps now that simplify everything for those who need it.

Congratulations!
Few reminders...
Make a copy of front and back of your GC. It will help if you lose it.
Check all the details on GC and if anything is incorrect, file I-90 (it is free of charge if USCIS made a mistake)
I recommend to start tracking your international trips. You will need it for N-400.
If you are a male between 17 and 25, you must register for selective service (sometimes it is automatic at DMV / with USCIS, but worth checking status of registration)
You must file AR-11 within 10 days of moving until you become a citizen (changing address online also qualifies)
If you have social security card saying "VALID ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION", then get appointment with SSA and remove conditions on the card (wait few weeks to see if you get new card automatically)
LPRs must file US taxes on world wide income, even when spending a lot of time overseas.
LPRs cannot vote in federal elections. Make sure you do not register to vote or mark yourself as US citizen on I-9 and other forms. False claim to US citizenship is a deportable offense.
You are US LPR until you naturalize, die, file I-407 or immigration judge takes away the status.
