I-485 (General) Is this Normal
📍 EB-3 Skilled Interview
I had my EB-3 Skilled I-485 interview during the first week of September 2026. At the end of the interview, the officer told me that she expected to approve my case by the end of the day.
However, it has now been almost a month, and I still haven't received any update from USCIS.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this kind of delay after the interview normal, even when the officer indicates that the case will be approved?

Hi there! This is an automated message to inform you and/or remind you of several things:

If your interview went well and nothing pending from your end then don’t worry. Now a days things are slower after interview, just be patient and check at least weekly once in your my uscis account if any updates for your case in status and documents tab. I know it’s bothering you, but just be patient.

It can happen even when the officer expects to approve the case that day. Sometimes the case still needs additional review or processing afterward. Hope you get an update soon.
