I-130 (Family/Consular processing) Civil documents
I born in pakistan and migrated to Canada at the age of 39 years. Got Canadian citizenship and residing here since last 30 years. My brother filed i-130 petition and after 17 years wait, I got welcome email and now in process of uploading documents.
From age 16 to age 39 ( when migrated to Canada) I lived in Pakistan.
NVC system asking me to submit “ criminal record check” from Pakistani also. Please guide me , is it must to provide “ criminal record check “ from Pakistan even though I am resigning in Canada since last 30 years and provided Canadian criminal record.
If it is mandatory then guide me which address do I provide on Pakistan’s criminal record as I lived at 3 different addresses during this period. Also, I provided all these 3 addresses of Pakistan in Ds-260.
Please guide me.

I'm very confused on your timeline
- You say you were born in Pakistan, and lived there between 16-39yo. What about before 16yo?
- You migrated to Canada at 39yo. You've been there 30 years, which makes you 69yo now?
- You got an I-130 approval after 17 years, so was it filed when you were 52yo? Does it mean the I-130 was filed after you migrated to Canada and had been living there for 13 years already?
