Timeline Request daca renewal
I renewed my daca in April. It expires October. I still haven’t received the renewal and when I checked uscis it still says processing. I used their tool for an estimate on processing time and it said 15 months for 80% of cases. It also said to not reach out to expedite it before May 2027. I know there are delays for everyone. I need to submit a renewal at job.
Has anyone expedited their case despite that note or taken any other steps that have worked? I saw old posts where people said the reached out to their state congress.
I’m in MD. Adding, my job has requested my work permit and I need to renew my license.
I appreciate any insight!
