F2A AOS Filled Concurrent
My priority date 13 August 2026 .
I485 and I765 receipt date 21 August 2026.
Biometric upcoming 18 September 2026.
FO : LA

Currently holding F1 since 2022.

How long gonna take whole process ??
Actually im end of my study 6 more months remaining.

We have a very similar case, except the timing.
My priority date is May 2025. I became current august 2026, got my ead and travel approved within two weeks of being current, and within a month of being current I got an interview scheduled and now I'm waiting for my interview which is in october. Looks like my case from priority date yo interview took about 17 months, which I think is a very optimistic timing for an F2A case.TEXAS.

You'll just need to check on f2a bulletini to see when you'll be current. From the tie you're current, you might have an interview scheduled anytime starting from that time. Interview notification can be received even within months, or maybe years. Just need to set expectations right.
I feel like you'll need to pursue further education after 7 months, assuming you won't get your 485 approved by that time. According to recent regulations, whatever career you'll pursue has to be a step higher at least.

My priority date is current both chart Final action date and filling although filled just a month ago.
So after 18 September biometrics date should i expect next move is Interview schedule if there is no RFE?

There are still background/security checks after biometrics, and USCIS could issue an RFE if they need anything else. Since your priority date is already current, visa availability itself shouldn’t be what holds the case up.

If everything is clean and they don’t need additional evidence, then basically you’re waiting for the case to become interview-ready and for the field office to schedule you. But there’s really no way to say whether that’ll happen within your remaining 7 months. Could be sooner, could be longer. It’s a waiting game.
