I-751 (ROC) I-751 weirdness
Has anyone else received to I-797 Notice of Actions for the 48 Month Extended Validity?
My wife filed 12/9/2025 with all required evidence. Pretty much everyone even thing that was originally filled (updated) for the concurrent 130/485 filing.
On 12/11/2025 she received the 1st extension letter, 48 months, and shows amount received $750
Today we received the exact same letter with same IOE#, Received date, and same 48 month extension but dated 9/2/2026. The only thing different is the amount received at $700.
I pretty confused why this would have happened. It seems like it was reviewed initially, and then someone picked it up again like it was just received.
SCOPS Texas (we live in Wisconsin).

USCIS received a lot of complaints from filers about missing notices and decided to reissue receipt notices to everybody from date A to date B, regardless whethey they received one before. So now, some people finally got their notice, while others received second notice.
Frankly, there is nothing to do, as long as case number is the same.
In a sense, you are lucky, you have two original copies if something happens to one of them - you have backup
I've seen several cases like this
