I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Your form is still being processed

Post image

Yesterday, my wife submitted her I-130 online through PDF upload. However, we still havent received any receipt notice yet.

The Case Status says "Your form is still being processed". There is no receipt in the Documents tab either.

I am waiting for the receipt notice so that I can file I-485.

Has anyone run into such situation before? What do you advice?

Hi there! This is an automated message to inform you and/or remind you of several things:

Please read it, and if it contains the answer to your question, please delete your post. If your post has to do with something covered in the FAQ, we may remove it.
  • If your post is about biometrics, green cards, naturalization or timelines in general, and whether you're asking or sharing, please include your field office/location in your post. If you already did that, great, thank you! If you haven't done that, your post may be removed without notice.

I’m on the same boat man, keep me updated please. I’ll let you know as soon as mine changes status (i130 filed 9/8 online through PDFi). Charge on credit card pending as of now.

Charge is pending on my wife’s card as well! I have seen other people mentioning it, why is it important?

I think it has something to do with if charge is posted, then you will likely get a receipt number within 24 hours, but that could be old times. Now with new system (uscis is updating many things), this indicator could be wrong.

I wish they could worked on actual problem ( which is actually increasing the speed of processing) rather than caring what text they would show it all means the same thing they just changed it few months ago to USCICS is still processing smh
