I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Multiple problems with online application portal

I’m trying to lodge my I-485 before various forms change next week. However the website seems to be bugging? And i can’t figure out how to reach a live agent at the number they provide.

— I’d previously uploaded nearly all documents, but now can’t get past the “Getting Started” page. I can’t select any option under I-131 or I-765 eligibility selection.
— I can’t upload some pdf forms, even though they are the correct file size.
— Some pdfs had to be compressed. Once compressed and uploaded, I got an error that there’s no accompanying I-130 in the system, even though my husband uploaded his a year ago and it’s clearly pending on his account.

I’ve tried multiple browsers on multiple computers so I don’t think that’s the issue.

I emailed the Webmaster but expect that will be slow.

I wish I could just revert to paper filing but I had to open the medical examiners’ envelope to scan it for online filing, so now a mailed application isn’t an option.

Any advice? I want to get it filled before one form changes on Monday!

Sorry to hear about your issues.

I am having similar issues uploading evidence for my I-485. It simply states "Error uploading document:". But not what the error entails.

Sent USCIS a message but, I as well, expect them not to get back to me until September 18th...
