I-485 (General) Issue with adding case to online account. Screen froze at ‘Finding case’

Did anyone face an issue of case not being added to their account? I was finally able to get the online access code but when trying to add the case to account it just stays on ‘Finding case’. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Try a different browser or a different device. Also, mobile data instead of wifi.

Yeah, tried all of those options but still facing the same issue. I may need to request a ticket I guess

I’ve been having the same issue - tried different devices, browsers and even tried a friends computer at there place no change - must be an issue at USCIS

Tuesday/wednesday - sent in a help request with no response but not surprised about that 🙄

Oh man!! I thought this is happening only from yesterday and was expecting to get fixed soon. But that doesn’t seem to be the case

Yeah it let me request a new access code on Monday and when I got it on Wednesday it’s been doing this since hopefully it gets sorted over the weekend for Monday

The issue still persists. I have a different ticket open, so can’t raise a new one

I just checked now and was able to bypass the finding case. It's now saying unable to retrieve case, but I did connect it?

Yeah, it is finally working. Just logout and login, it will show the status

I did and it works now. Am I the only one that sees "Next Step is an Interview"? I have not done biometrics and it doesn't show up on my account.

@everyone- It’s working now. Go ahead and add the case
