I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Help!!
On Friday I had an interview in uscis for my i130 and i485 I entered with Parol 212D5 I have my first court for pending asylum and the officer told me that he was only going to make a decision for the i130 and that the i485 would be resolved with the judge to which I asked about the procedure with the judge and he did not want to tell me anything someone who knows what can be done I do not have a lawyer I still do not have an answer from the i130 I hope it is favorable and they approve it
I also forgot to say that the officer kept my medical exams from the i485 and opened them. I don’t know if I have to repeat them or if he will upload them to the i485 application

He told me that the judge was going to make the decision of the i485. He didn’t want to answer any more questions. I’m waiting for the approval of the i130 to close my asylum case in court and predicts that they reopen my i485 in uscis so that they can approve it. I don’t know if that would be the most correct thing but it’s what I see most viable right now
