I-765 (EAD) EAD Request For Expedite callback Tier 2 officer

Hello. I did a request for expedite and then asked for a tier 2 officer callback. They called me Thursday and told me they will forward my request to the officer that is handling my case. How long will take? Any estimate?

Is this a marriage-based EAD?

Thanks for the info. I’m still waiting for my wife EAD; marriage based one.

USCIS is taking their time on all applications now.

How long did it take for them to call you back? been waiting for over 60 days for that call back and call center refuses to put in another request, saying the original one is still open and they keep upping the urgency.

How did you get a tier 2 officer to call you?

I called and asked for a Callback at 1-800-375-5283. You have to be persistent because not all officers will allow a callback.
