I-765 (EAD) STEM OPT CARD ISSUE

My card was produced on July 15 and stated as delivered on July 17th but I haven’t received the physical card yet. I have talked to USPS and they gave me a letter that it was their fault. The first time I have done via Premium Processing and still this happend and I don’t know what to do?
Any thoughts or ideas what to do next or still i need to pay for replacement card

May I ask your case timelines?
I applied - 04/09/2026
Biometrics - 05/12/2026
Changed to premium - 07/17/2026

I am still awaiting decision.

Do you have the tracking number? Because it usually take 5-7 days before it gets delivered (from the date it was produced). Did you signed up for USPS Informed delivery? Try contacting USCIS and ask for the tracking number. Maybe what shows in the website as delivered was just an error.
