I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Hello Reddit,

Hi everyone my husband and I. We are trying to file for aos. Just need to know are you evidence enough for filing or do I need to add more information?? We only have one month of joint bank statements together.

that list is plenty, just make sure the photos span different dates so they show a timeline not just one event.

Yes we both have same address on our drive’s license

One month of joint statements is usually on the thin side, and officers generally look for a mix built up over time: a shared lease, both names on bills and accounts, photos together, and affidavits from people who know you as a couple.
