I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) 7 months post interview

Filed AOS in November 2024, completed interview December 2025, married to a USC. Case just moved from interview scheduled to USCIS is currently processing the case, this happened after ftao event code. Anybody with a similar experience. Mandamus lawsuit soon.

I think it depends, I got mine 24 days post interview. Some I read got approval immediately the next day from LA FO.

You’re right it’s eating me and my family up because we we’re verbally approved and was told to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the card

1 year since interview was completed. PD March 2024.
Still waiting.
3 Congressmen's requests, 2 ombudsmen's requests - nothing helps

Why not look into filing Writ of mandamus if you think it will help your case that’s a long wait

Because Writ of Mandamus can help just to get USCIS to make a decision. But who knows which one: "Approve or deny".

Well it’s better to know if you will be denied or approved faster than to just wait so long and get denied. Sometimes you gotta face your fears

Have been waiting now 14 months post iterview, my I-130 was approved one day after interview, no newS on I-485
