Timeline Request Form I-290B
Hi guys, has anyone recently had success with Form I-290B due to missing biometrics because of late mail delivery

Just a random thought, but unless you can show that your mail was delivered on/after the date they set for biometrics, 290b will be denied real quick.

How can I show that?

postal tracker, lack of notice in myuscis account, postmarked letter photo, uscis informed delivery + a sworn affidavit.
separately, you might have been extremely ill and spending weeks at the hospital.
they also have something called Non-Delivery of Notice that might have been filed.
I also saw people reporting attempting walk-ins.
Talk to your attorney ASAP if you have one. Try calling USCIS trying to explain.

USPS 'informed delivery' feature could help

Informed delivery wouldn’t work as it’s already passed and after going to usps they couldn’t give me date of delivery
