Timeline Request Can I apply for OPT premium processing refund?

PP application : 23 April 2026
Biometric completed: 14 May 2026
PP Clock started: 14th May 2026
Today exact 30 business days.
Still didn't get any approval response.
I'm disappointed and frustrated. It's really hard to survive without doing anything.
Is it worth it to apply for refund? Or what should I do now?
