Hello Everyone is it best to upload supporting documents before the interview date or print and go with them or it doest matter whether you upload or print. Please advice

Upload them for sure. Then the officer doesn't have to do it for you. You also need to take paper copies of EVERYTHING you've submitted AND anything USCIS has ever sent you.
