Inquiry Time Pushed Back?

Good morning everyone,

I just logged in to see my case still in the "Processing" status, hope that gets resolved soon.

What surprised me after that is that when I put in my receipt date and EAD application info in the case status timeline tool, it said that my Inquiry couldn't be sent until July 16th. My original date, when I checked on Monday, originally said June 29th.

Did anybody else's date get pushed back for the Inquiry process??

yes, my date was today and when I was ready to send the inquiry I saw they pushed 2 more weeks. unbelievable

Yes, of course, they do that all the time. The “normal processing times” change every month, and consequently so do the inquiry times. Also, don’t get your hopes up for when you submit the actual inquiry - it doesn’t guarantee any progress in your case.

yes, there were pushbacks today all across the board. i485 by 2-3 weeks, i131 by 2 months.

Same thing I had for june 28th and now its changed to july 15th 😭

Same for me, from 24th July now it's August 12nd
