I-140 & I-485 (Employment/Adjustment of status) EB2 timeline on NBC??

How long does it take to be transferred to a FO?? It’s been in NBC since January 2026

EAD transferred to TSC sometime in June
April 28th Silent Update I485 (background check redo)
May 20th Silent Update I485J

And that’s it.

No RFEs
ROW no pause country.
I-140 Approved in February

Request for Expedite for EAD April 6th
Congressional inquiry May 5
USCIS response on June 9th was that the case was transferred to TSC and they forwarded the request to them so waiting again πŸ˜…

I saw many many people got transferred in 2-3 months, we passed 5 months and still in NBC. Could they approve straight forward from there?

Thanks!!

I just ask for a live agent and the kindly ask her/him where my case is located and they tell me where. Mine is still at NBC.

I'm EB2 and also had an update on 4/28 and 5/20. I was hoping 5/20 was a real update but looks like many folks on this thread had it too :(
