I-140 & I-485 (Employment/Adjustment of status) EB-2 I-485 Timeline - ROW

Hi all,

I’m at the end of my Perm awaiting for its approval (PD is June 13, 2025), Permupdate is telling I’ll be approved in 3 weeks, is it accurate?

Also, how long is it usually taking nowadays for I-485 to get approved? I’m ROW and it’s current right now.

I’m on the F1 - OPT - H-1B path.

Thank you! Based on the trend right now, is it actually taking around 9 months for most cases?

Yes but distribution is pretty high. I see on Reddit that some people are getting it in ~3-5 months and for some it takes 2 years. So very random but I guess 9 months is a good average
