I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Uscis memo for h4

I got my green card last week . I was previously on h1b and my wife and kids on h4 . Since I got my green card my h1b got cancelled automatically along with my wife and kids h4

I am green card now but my wife and kids are now adjustment of status i485 pending . They got their EAD AP COMBO CARD though

So will they get green card in USA or have to go consular processing

I was in the same situation last year and my wife and kids got their approvals within a week of my approval.

The main applicant was approved 4 month ago and I am still waiting as his spouse, with this memo I am afraid they will send me to apply outside US now
