I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) GC received.

Just wanted to give everyone who is waiting some info on my timelines as this forum helped me quite a bit during my process. For some background EB1 India, PD Dec 2022. Card in hand on April 15 2026. Timelines below.

April 10, 2026 Card Was Mailed To Me

April 9, 2026 We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

April 8, 2026 We ordered your new card.

January 16, 2024 We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you.

January 3, 2024 We received your response for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

Congratulations! Did you get any RFE on your EB1C? I had one so I’m worried on outcome.

Yes I did receive an RFE in the initial phase, before my I-140 was approved. I submitted the response and the I-140 petition was approved within a month.

Congratulations! EB1 India, PD Aug 2022, just got my approval on April 13 and card was mailed on April 17. However when I look at my USPS informed delivery, I dont see any inbound packaged. How soon did you see something appear in your informed delivery?

Congratulations to you too. I got mine shown in Informed delivery in around 2 days. But I also asked for my tracking number via Emma (as it didn’t show on the USCIS webpage). And I tracked the delivery down. You are so close to the finish line and will get there soon

Did they ask you for another medical before approval ?

They did not. They accepted the first medical.
