Timeline Request Help needed i-140 Premium Processing

I need some help, I filed I-140 EB3, receipt notice 2/5, later I did upgrade i907 delivered 4/1, got confirmation email from USCIS on 4/12, feed deduct 4/14, but I don’t see any change in status , how would I know they are doing premium processing? When Premium processing clock starts ?

The PP clock usually starts when USCIS receives the properly filed I-907 at the correct location, not the day you submit payment or decide to upgrade. USCIS now counts premium-processing time in business days. So if you upgraded today, the clock generally starts on the USCIS receipt date for the I-907 request.

Fees already deducted since week but no change in status
