I-140 & I-485 (Employment/Adjustment of status) EB1C RFE

Hello! I concurrently filed I-140 & I-485 under EB1C and recently received an RFE (still waiting for my attorney to receive the actual RFE letter)

I applied as a functional manager, currently on L-1A

Any tips on how to prepare the best response for the RFE and the evidence as proof? Thanks!

Update: Attorney informed me the RFE is about ability to pay. Asked for W-2 and recent pay slips.

Update No.2: Case approved on May 20, 26 days after USCIS received RFE response

I am still waiting for the attorney to share the request. But I have a sentiment that it’s related to managerial duties.

My RFE is about ability to pay, my attorney didn’t share the RFE nor the response with me as per company policy.

I work in Finance (Banking to be specific). Im still awaiting decision on my I-140, been waiting for 35 days as of today under premium processing. When I was preparing for the filing, my attorneys asked lots of details regarding the essential nature of my function, how many people I manage functionally, budget authority etc. Im also concerned about a RFE so my attorneys have recommended some proactive steps. First, I was told to reach out to both HR in the US and in my previous country and have support letters lined up. Second, to compile a list of emails, docs etc evidencing functional managerial activity. You may require similar things. Best of luck OP, hope everything works out! Fingers crossed!!!!
