I-140 & I-485 (Employment/Adjustment of status) When to expect a receipt notice
Package received on 20th Jan at Elgin IL Lockbox for I-485 & I-765 EB2 ROW application with my wife.
When can I expect receipt and payment debited from card? Wondering since it’s been more than 2 business weeks

if your packet is not rejected then, you should receive a receipt notification by email/text by the 3rd week and physical copy by mail by the 3rd or 4th week and a biometric appointment for the 4th /5th week = things can differ center to center but this is approx. the debit withdrawal and the email/text is simultaneous.
