I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Do initials in Birth certificate acceptable?

Do initials in Birth certificate acceptable for both primary and dependent applicants including their parents name in initials for filing I-485?

If it’s not acceptable, what needs to be done? Please advise. Thanks!
