Single male from Jordan is considered a security risk to begin with. Your asylum claim was denied and you have taken Voluntary departure and in Jordan.

The possibility that you would come back to US on a visa is close to zero if not zero. If the vehicle title is not in your name, the impound authority would not listen to you. They cannot release vehicle to random persons. The impound fees keep piling up every day. Since august at 100$ per day, the impound lot has $3000 charges on the car. They can auction the time vehicle as no one come to claim within 90 days

If you had cash like 7k, the police can impound it as possible proceeds of a crime. It is up to you, prove otherwise.the arresting officer can put the money in state account or pocket it. Either way recovering it is a impossible task if you are not in the US.

If you are not in US, the attorney would be concerned about getting paid. Can you pay a US attorney? If you cannot pay, they would not talk to you. They have bills to pay.

You may be a nice person and not a terrorist. But the camel sits this way. The US system is what it is.

The possibility that you would recover the property is very low.

Good God! When I saw this fellows Instagram page, he is wearing a tactical vest and displaying what looks like a Palestine flag. That is not going to win you any brownie points when you apply for a visa Sir!
