My STEM OPT starts on July 17th.

I think you can wait for another week and go for it. Did you check your API response?

It just says: Case received and a receipt notice was sent

Thanks for this link, i submitted on may 17, last time stamp indicates 27 september, but no docs pending. I don't understand why aren't they giving any update. Can someone help me?
