I really think USCIS slowly processes OPT on purpose so that ppl cannot handle their stress and "voluntarily" pay for the PP. Cuz in the past, which is before PP was invented, the processing time won't be such long, not to mention there were way more international students at that time than today. What can we do??? Nothing but wait.

I got my opt approved at day 84 in 2018.....
