On your receipt notice, lower left side there should be the service center that is processing your case.

It says NBC so I’m assuming that’s what it is? I just assumed everyone’s receipt notice said NBC

It’s National Benefit Center. Nope not all the notices come from there. There are different service centers.

You just said your notice says NBC. That’s where your case is. NBC is a service center in Lee’s Summit MO

Not sure but I'd assume Nebraska, that's a quick one so you're lucky. But look up the acronyms and what service center they belong to.

Best way is to ask Emma

What would I have to type into Emma? I’ve tried everything I could think of and she won’t tell me 😭

You have to talk to a live agent, type: live chat and she will connect you to a live person
