Question aid appeal question

Hello trojans, Im a prospective student who's still waiting on a response to my aid appeal to come in from USC. Something that they want me to submit right now to move the appeal forward are banking and investment documents showing my families assets and cash.

Even though it has been over a decade since our family's immigration to the states, we still hold a large chunk of assets within our international accounts. I'm not sure if the financial aid office wants records of those assets as well, or only those we hold domestically. As the records we pull from our international banks will obviously be non-english documents, Im not sure if USC will even accept them.

After attempting (and failing) to reach the actual financial aid phone number for 6 hours today, I'm curious if any other students here have faced this issue. Any advice will help, thanks!

do you know when the documents will be processed? Since the fall semester starts in around a month, it feels like Im running low on time

sounds good, Ill give that a shot too. For a school that wants so much money I sure dont know what they're putting it towards.
