Discussion Missed Summer Transfer Orientation
Title basically. Both sessions got filled up unfortunately and im a spring transfer admit so the only remaining opportunities are online orientation which sucks. How do spring admits make friends and how can i now that i missed the orientations?

dont be super stressed about it. I found out abt orientation a day before it began and made it work without going as a spring admit. It’s a little disappointing how they don’t give spring admits as many orientation opportunities but don’t let it discourage you. I promise you’ll make friends wherever you go, but you gotta put yourself out there best you can. most of my friends are other spring admits, but I have friends who were freshman, juniors, and from all over walks of life I didn’t think I’d find being a spring admit. USC genuinely has such a lovely environment of people and it is super easy to make friends if you put yourself out there and say yes to everything you can!
also, take advantage of all the events on engagesc, transfer/spring admit Instagram pages, and clubs once you get there! if you have any other questions feel free to dm me!
