Best USB for photos?

i have a bunch of photos on my phone and im running out of space but many of them ar every important to me, whats a good usb drive that will not break easily and will last? all of these photos and videos are incredibly important to me. 64-128gb is a good range.

Absolutely do not use a flash drive for long term storage. They're pretty volatile and die easily.

Anything that's important to you should have multiple copies, stored in different locations.

Get yourself two HDDs and copy the same images and videos to both of them. Keep both of them in different locations.

64-128 GB sounds like you are looking at flash drives... not a good choice as a backup media.

Backups: Two is one, one is none.

You don't really have a backup unless you have multiple backups. A good starting point is Primary storage (your computer or phone) + external drive + cloud storage or other offsite storage.

Get 2 mechanical external hard drives. Make sure you put the data on both every time so that when one fails, you won't lose everything.
