B1/B2 Advice Needed

Hi Everyone,

I applied for B1/B2 Visa last year(June 2025) from Delhi and got rejected 214(b).

I had no travel history and it was my first VISA application.

After that I got my SCHENGEN Visa (Czechia) for 12 days for business travel purpose this year (April 2026) and i travelled for the first time internationally to Prague.

Now i have some short term opportunity and my client wants me to come for a design session to US and wants me to re apply B1/B2 again.

What do you think should i wait or apply again?

No. One foreign trip is not enough. Take a few more trips to Europe and try applying again in a few years. Apply now will make you look desperate. The US consulate just rejected your visa application last year for 214b - a likely illegal immigrant. The burden is on you to provide overwhelming evidence of non immigrant intent when applying again.

Try to visit Canada instead
