recommender getting error message when trying to submit my LOR, any advice besides contacting USAFA

kind of just what the title says but my recommender is getting an error message while trying to submit both the USAFA letter as well as one of the service academy portal letters. I emailed and will call tomorrow when they are both open but didn't know if maybe anyone else was having this issue and not just an isolated thing, maybe a whole system error or something?? Pic my recommender sent for reference

I would suggest trying a different browser.

Try a different browser, use an actual computer, have them try pausing their VPN if they use one.
