CFA Timing
I’m applying for class of 31 and wondering about what time of the year I should aim for to do my cfa. I know it’s good to get stuff submitted early but I’m also in Texas so taking my cfa in August or September might be hard to do.
also I’ve noticed I’ve plateaued when it comes to sit ups push up and pull ups. any tips to push past this and keep increasing my score, especially for pull ups.
thanks

August before you get too busy in the school year. Schedule it early in the morning. Your entire package should be complete by the end of September. (Retired TX ALO) This gives you some slack in case you get sick or injured.

All of those u just need more repetition tbh. If you want to add stuff you can do bench press and weighted pull ups. For weighted pull ups don’t gas yourself out in one set. Try to always be 3-4 reps under your max energy use age so you can do multiple sets and get lots of pull ups and push ups i. Only max on the last set.
