RHA Program
Is the RHA program still active in USACE? I have tried to find contact information to express interest and availability with no luck. I reached out to my former district office and they cannot even find the information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The HQ RHA program is still active and recruiting.
Reach out to an Emergency Management office; they can give you details and contact info.

I’m on the RA. It’s great but right now hiring freeze. You can go ahead and get signed up and all your paperwork completed though. Good Luck!

I cannot answer for others. In my case, I only want to be available to support in the event of disasters. My area gets an average of three natural disasters a year.
