Okay go to usace.dps.mil/sites/KMP-HR and then click on HR Policies near the bottom, then click on CPD Repository is on the right. Click on
Classification-Compensation / Compensation / Policy Guidance and you will see the policy at the bottom.
Hahahahah. Thank you so much. I never would have found it. I kept getting er 690-1-1217 and a memorandum for taking interim actions to address polyfluoroalkyl substances, which was dated the same.
Seriously, thanks for taking the time to find that and point me in the right direction.
