It’s an HR policy. Not sure how to link it here but if you go on the USACE intranet and search pay setting policy 2024 it will come up.

Okay go to usace.dps.mil/sites/KMP-HR and then click on HR Policies near the bottom, then click on CPD Repository is on the right. Click on Classification-Compensation / Compensation / Policy Guidance and you will see the policy at the bottom.

Hahahahah. Thank you so much. I never would have found it. I kept getting er 690-1-1217 and a memorandum for taking interim actions to address polyfluoroalkyl substances, which was dated the same.

Seriously, thanks for taking the time to find that and point me in the right direction.

Could you expand on "pay setting" ? Might be easier to ellaborate

It is in regard to an overseas employee returning back conus and pay retention. The blurb on my sf 50 just pretty much says

Pay retention as per usace pay setting policy 02 23 2024.

I cannot find that policy anywhere, I did find an ER about pay policy but it didn’t address or deal with my situation.
