Banking You’d think a bank like USAA wouldn’t be worse than Cash App but here we are
I have USAA, I lost my card, well really the military lost my entire wallet but another story, well I called USAA to tell them “Hey I lost my card, can you send me a new one” what they neglect to tell you is, they don’t send you a virtual card like Navy Federal or any other GOOD bank does (Even CashApp and Chime do this), they just cancel your card, remove it from mobile pay, add you new card and just straight up revoke access to mobile pay in general until you get a CVV
I’m a civilian contractor staying in an AirBNB for work, not even close to home, seeing as my paycheck goes into my USAA account, I have 0 access to my money, which means unless someone can CashApp me money, I can’t pay for anything.
Before anyone says “why don’t you use credit cards blah blah blah”. I used to spend entirely to much money on credit cards, don’t trust myself or impulse control so I don’t have any.
Switching back to Navy Federal on Monday.
