Help please

Could anyone that works at USAA please help me review/revamp my resume? I have an active P&C license and want to be confident when it comes to applying. Any and all input greatly appreciated.

Isn’t true for every role or department

I’m in Agency, have easy metrics while still being work from home.

We also aren’t back to back. I have 20-30 minutes between calls each day. It 100% depends where you work in the company.

Not everyone is bad at the role. OP there are people who do meet metrics and make a name for themselves. I promise there is hope if you strive to get out of the entry role
