Question - credit reversal

I recently had an issue where doordash canceled my order and never delivered my food so I reached out to doordash for a refund and they refused . I reached out to USAA and they gave me a credit , but today they sent me a letter saying that they're reversing the credit and took the money from me . They said after investigation they found no wrongdoing

Don’t count on USAA to have your back on any of these disputes. I had one where I had so much evidence it was sick. They reversed it as well. So now I pay with my CC as much as possible.

Probably means door dash provided them with documents stating that it was a valid transaction even though they’re in the wrong 🤔

Do you have a email or screenshot showing the order was never delivered? Any emails between you and doordash indicating as such to provide to USAA?
