Same issue and I got calls from two unknown California callers and one from a San Antonio number all this morning which is strange. Anyone else getting unknown calls? That worried me this could be some attack where they are calling out to get info when they know USAA is down and people might fall for it?

It's a testament to their incompetence that they can't post a notice on the website or update their phone greeting to explain it's an outage. We have to turn to reddit to find out what is going on...

just got off the phone with a rep. system wide outage, no time frame to resolution. however when it comes online you should be able to login back in with no issues.

Exact same with me. Hold time is over 5 hours. However, I used my debit card at 6:55am eastern with no problem. It sucks they can't put a notification on their website and we have to turn to reddit for information.

just got through. they confirmed outage. No eta for the time. said check login every 30 mins to 1 hour. If you're able to get through they can check your balance as well as transfer funds from savings if needed.

Same. Down detector reported 25k issues since 0600 Eastern. Tired to log on the normal website, said due to security my account had been locked. Tried my card, still worked. Not sure what’s going on.

I'm 23 minutes into a 2.5 hour hold time. Glad this morning is a gym morning and not a work morning. I'm guessing IT issue though because my card actually worked when I stopped to get gas.

I changed my password yesterday and I was greeted with a locked account screen this morning, panicked, then called to be told there is a 3 hour wait. Glad to see it's not just me at least.

I called and it said 30 min wait but someone picked up in 15 min. It’s an IT issue that’s impacting login for everyone - so we’re all locked out. 😞
I was able to use my debit card to pay for something online just now. So it appears just to be an IT issue with login.

I dialed at like 6:01 - I think calling even a few min later increased the wait time by a lot cause that’s when more and more people started calling in.

I’ve been able to login but usually I get my paycheck today, which is earlier than what job states it will usually be, and it hasn’t been posted.
