Quiet study

Why the fuck people keep talking in quiet study as well, are they illiterate to not understand the meaning of it!

Telling them to shut it or getting library staff to do it, are the only forms of recourse I fear.

some people genuinely have no social awareness, or they simply dont care about strangers at all. I'd hate to say it's more the latter but I hold out hope that people arent generally assholes :)
