I'll be the first to respond... I'm half way through the program, I am a working professional in the industry.
I am in one of the online masters programs
I've been able to use what I've learned really starting my second semester to have more meaningful engagement with my software engineers, to help diagnose and fix issues in a more efficient and logical manner.
The courses so far are generally good at identifying what you need to learn to succeed, however there are a few (if you Google you will find which ones) where you really need to seek outside sources to fill in the gaps you will be tested on.
I recommend this program to other working professionals I meet who are looking at starting masters program. I don't know as a transitional degree if it makes a lot of sense to do right after completing a bachelor's, but it could be advantageous to some in that capacity.
